Wired to Govern is an easy read guide which will help charity trustees think about, and be responsive to, the digital future of the organisations they are charged with governing. It looks at the different areas which trustees need to consider: digital communications, potentials of digital services and data, and e-governance.
It is packed with helpful examples and resources to set trustees off on the right path. The guide highlights the opportunities which digital can bring, but is also clear about the threats (to reputation and security) that charity trustees cannot ignore.
