Pat is the current chair of the Governance Forum, the chief executive of ACOSVO, the vice chair of OSCR, and a board member of EUCLID. With a keen interest in leadership development, she was also granted an OBE in 2018 for services to voluntary organisations.

Steff is a development worker in organisational development and capacity building at EVOC, helping organisations in a range of issues, including governance, planning and policy development.

Shirley Otto

Shirley is a convenor at Consultants for Good, working independently as a specialist in third sector organisations in Scotland. Shirley provides training, both in-house and external, on management and governance topics, facilitation of team development and strategic planning sessions and she is also an action learning set facilitator.

Catriona Reynolds

Catriona is the head of governance and engagement at Arts and Business Scotland. Her role is to support capacity building in the arts and cultural sectors, particularly in the areas of governance, management and skills development. She organises and delivers governance training for the sector and encourages business employee engagement with the arts through the transfer of their skills.
